We are very grateful to our Colorado community for getting us through the past few strange weeks. Our goal since the reality of the pandemic finally became clear has always been the dream of reopening to our community. Making fresh pasta is our passion, but we need people to share it with, and we need to learn to do it in the safest way possible and with great care.
As of the latest developments with our state’s government and guidelines, it is now possible for Il Pastaio to resume a scaled down level of dine-in service. We have reviewed the plans and recommendations and have implemented our state’s new health standards.
Our dining room will be open for regular lunch hours and dinner.
By adhering to the state’s guidelines, we will be able to maintain social distancing recommendations while providing a safe and cozy place to take yourself out to dinner.
With our limited dining space (now cut down by 50 percent) please make a reservation of less than eight individuals by calling the restaurant at 303-447-9572. We will continue to take your to-go orders and offer our Pasta Stimulus Packages. We will extend our dine-in hours to 8 pm, for the first week of reopening.
